Opportunities
for both art and photography around the Islands are plentiful. The colourful buildings, shipwrecks, fascinating antics of the wildlife and the delicate beauty of flowers set against a backdrop of stunning landscape scenery provide easy subject matter for amateurs and professionals alike. Accommodation providers may give advice about good sites to choose. Local tour operators can organise itineraries to suit visitor requirements.
For those that prefer to browse or buy, a variety of local artwork and photography is displayed around many hotels, lodges and some self catering establishments in the Islands. Items can be purchased from several Stanley shops including the Pink Shop, Studio 52 and The POD Gift Shop.
