Cobb’s Cottage was constructed in 2001, purpose-built for local and overseas visitors. It is centrally heated and equipped to a high standard, with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom, accommodating a total of 5 people.

This spacious, purpose-built 4 bedroomed cottage was completed in 2012, and has beautiful wooden floors, a large comfortable living area with luxurious leather sofas and chairs, four large en-suite bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen

The Rookery is the newest accommodation on Saunders Island, fully equipped for 4 with central heating and 24 hour power. It is set in a remote position in the north of the island, home also to colonies of black-browed albatross and rockhopper penguin

The Neck offers basic, centrally heated accommodation in a three roomed fully equipped cabin. Superb wildlife is literally on the doorstep, including penguins, seal and black-browed albatross.
