This eco-friendly house provides superb facilities for up to eight guests and is ideally suited for tour groups, families and all manner of special occasions.

The spacious accommodation comprises three twin rooms and one double, each complete with an en-suite shower room.   A large lounge and adjoining dining area link through to a spacious sun lounge providing ample public space for all guests.  There is a well-equipped kitchen where meals are prepared for full board guests. In the low season (April to September) self-catering guests can cater for themselves. 

Roof-mounted solar panels provide hot water and under-floor heating and a cosy atmosphere is guaranteed through high levels of insulation and triple-glazed windows.  The large sun lounge and wind powered electricity, boosted by photo voltaic solar panels, ensures that the natural elements are fully utilised. The house was constructed to be airtight with mechanical ventilation through a heat recovery (MVHR) system which removes contaminated warm wet air from the kitchen, shower rooms and other areas of the house. Through a heat exchanger in the loft space, this warm air heats fresh incoming air and circulates the living spaces from ceiling vents.
