Speedwell Cottage was the first FITB accredited self-catering accommodation in Stanley. It is situated in the heart of Stanley.
The property consists of two main rooms: a large kitchen/dining room and a large bedsitting room, with a separate small shower and toilet room. It is centrally heated, with a full-size gas cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer. There is ample free parking on site. A generous ‘larder’ welcome pack is available for your convenience on arrival.
A two-minute walk from the cottage you will find the West Store Food Hall and Wi-Fi Café. The Malvina House Hotel, Waterfront and Groovys restaurants are just five to ten minutes’ walk away, as are the four central pubs The Rose, The Victory, The Globe (under refurbishment) and Deanos Bar. The gift shops, Jetty Tourist Information Centre, Post Office, Museum and Liberation Monument are all within easy walking distance.
