The golf course at Stanley Golf Club is one of the most southerly courses in the world, offering a ruggedly beautiful and challenging golfing experience to satisfy even the most proficient golfers who must cope with the brisk Falklands wind.
The 4,500-yard long course features 12 greens and 18 tees and is well-maintained by its dedicated members. Played by former Ryder Cup captain Bernard Gallagher, the course has been compared to the early links courses of Scotland and its undulating fairways has the Two Sisters and Tumbledown Mountains as a striking backdrop. Players can play a full or part round for just £5.
