The Frying Pan

Located between Stanley and Mount Pleasant Complex, crossing the main road between the two, The Frying Pan is a fairly wide river with good fishing. Bank access is easy though waders are useful.
Permission to fish should be sought from the Farm Manager on tel. 32270, or from the FLH Tourism Development Coordinator on flh.tourism@gmail.com, tel. 22699, or via our Facebook page Visit FLH. A permit is required to fish to trout; this can be sought from the FLH office in Stanley (tel. 22698), or the Welfare Office at MPC for MoD personnel.
