Workboat Services Ltd operates the mv Concordia Bay, the inter-island ferry between New Haven on East Falkland and Port Howard on West Falkland. The service operates several times a week.  Although there is no fixed schedule the aim is to provide a more frequent service around school holidays, public events, and throughout the summer while still permitting them to meet the 6 weekly cargo schedule for the smaller outer islands in the south-east and north/north-west of the Falklands. There are generally ferry crossings 5 days a week through the summer with up to 3 round trips a day. Through the winter there are crossings up to 6 days a week. Workboat Services Ltd. also operate the launch Stevelly Bay.  Named after a bay on Dunbar Farm on West Falkland she is a 16m catamaran built in 2010, capable of carrying up to 3 crew, 12 passengers.  Her comfort and passenger space internally and exterior deck space also lend themselves as an excellent sightseeing and tourism platform.  We can offer a range of tourism trips on an adhoc and special request basis … these can range from short tours to enjoy views of the colourful town of Stanley from the water and some of the maritime history dotted around the inner harbour and Port William, to trips to the nature reserve Kidney Island.
